Why this song is the current jam: This is first of 2 weeks worth of posting of love songs. I have a lot of catching up to do and I was thinking of how to post the right song on Valentine's day and I just couldn't decide, so here goes 2 weeks of love songs, happy and sad. This one by Intro is one of my favorite modern R&B songs. This dude has a really good voice and I like the simple track along with the lyrics. It has a bit of a sad feeling, but I think it only serves to add to the emotional impact of the lyrics. This man is pledging his love, and he is serious. I love the way the singer deals with each verse, his phrasing is simple and beautiful.
